Cellular Phones/Phone troubles.

Question
I just got an LG Incite, and when I put in my Sims card the
device won't let me do texting, calling or anything that I
have with my plan. I can't even copy my contacts that are on
my Sims Card to my LG Incite.
Help would be greatly appreciated. (:
Thanks,
Cathryn

Answer
Who is your wireless carrier? The phone should let you call and text without issue regardless. If it doesn't, it may be possible that the SIM isn't in properly or that your SIM is no longer active when you got the new phone. COuld you give me some more information, like who youer carrier is, do you have prepaid or post paid plan, where did you get the new phone from? Thanks.
