Question
I have a cricket Motorola razr2 v9m, It has and unlock code. I'm trying to get it un lock on line, There asking for the imei. Can't find it in the back of the phone, There asking me to try *#06# to find it. How can i do this if the phone is lock. The only # i can enter is the code. And I don't have it, I have tried 0000 doesn't work. Is there any way you can " HELP".

Answer
If the phone is locked, it is locked with a password, i.e., keypad locked. You will not be able to unlock this on your own. Someone locked it and you can typically only get it unlocked through your carrier (Cricket). What you are looking at on line is called SIM unlocking, which requires the IMEI code. You dont' need to do that, that is not what your problem is. Your problem is a keypad lock, not a SIM lock. Who locked the phone?
