Cellular Phones/International cell phone number

Question
Am currently talking to a gentleman on line and have a cell phone number where he has called me and has sent text messages.  Is it possible to find out who the person is?  or whose name phone number is in?  where phone number is from?

Answer
It is not possible to trace a cell phone. Cell phone owners are not published. In some states, caller ID displays the name on cell phones, but there is no directory assistance for cell phones today. Sometimes with international numbers, the country code will show (i.e., 44 for England), but not always. I'm afraid that you are out of luck in trying to trace this number. Sorry that I didn't have better news. Thanks. DebiN
