CAN A PHONE SAY, A BLACKBERRY ON THE VERIZON NETWORK, THAT WAS DISCONNECTED DUE TO NONPAYMENT BE FLASHED TO METRO PCS AND WORK W/O PAYING THE BALANCE FROM THE OTHER COMPANY?

Answer
If you can get someone to flash it to MetroPCS, yes. What you can't do, is to port your phone number because the phone number will not be portable until the bill is paid, and the phone can't be used again on the Verizon network. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
