Is it possible to retrieve telephone numbers from a black berry if it does not power up

Answer
It's not possible to retrieve phone numbers from any device that doesn't power up. You may want to try a different battery to see if you can power it up, but if the device is truly dead and it's not related to the battery, then your numbers will not be retrievable, I'm sorry to say.
