Question
QUESTION: I have AT&T wireless.  Does the lock option while viewing a text message save the message.  If so, is there a time limit?  If not, how do I save a text message?

ANSWER: With AT&T Mobility, you would need to tell me what make and model of phone you have and I can tell you how to save a text message. Lock would not relate to saving a message, the option would be save. If you are viewing a message, you should see Options on the bottom of your screen in most cases and then you would choose Save. You can save a certain amount of messages to your device for more permanent storage. Once that space is filled, you will need to delete messages. It's not designed for keeping messages forever. I hope this helps. Thanks. Debin

QUESTION: The phone is a motorazr2 v9x

Answer
When you are reading your text messaging, press the soft key that shows Options. You will have an option to save the text message. The lock option would prevent the message from being read without an unlock password. The limit for saved messages is likely around 30. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
