Question
I cannot get the RAZOR to acknowledge new memory card.  I've followed the steps.

How do you get to default settings or switch storage device?
That seems to be what is stopping me.

Thank You,
Angela

Answer
It is very likely that the memory card is too large (capacity not size) for your Razr. For example, if the card is a 4Gig, it's too big for the Razr. The Razr has an upper limit of, I believe, 1Gig. What is the capacity of the memory card that you are trying to get it to recognize?
