Cellular Phones/phone freezes

Question
I have a Samsung SPH M320 from Sprint.  Whenever I go to send a text the phone freezes.  I have to then remove the battery and put it back in to restart the phone. Is there a fix for this? I've tried updating the phone and have tried deleting texts and other things to make more memory but nothing works.

It sounds like there is a problem with your phone that would need to be looked at by a professional. I believe that you have tried everything that you can do and now need it looked at by someone who can fix cell phones. If it is less than 12 months old it is still under warranty and if older than 12 months but under 24 months, you might want to pay to get it repaired. If over 24 months and you are eligible for an upgrade, I would suggest just getting a new phone and not wasting the money for repair. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
