Question
So i have a T-mobile My touch phone and a few hours ago it stopped getting service, none what so ever. I've tried restarting it, taking out the sim card and restarting it.. It just wont get any. If you have any advice on how i could get service again that would be great. Thank you!
Taking out the SIM card won't help, so don't do that to try to get it to work. It needs the SIM card to acces the network. It is very likely that the issue is that in your neighborhood, T-Mobile's service went down, meaning this is not related to your phone. I would strongly suggest that if by the time you get this answer, your service is not back up, contact T-Mobile immediately. With all the storms and bad weather everywhere, it is possible that the cell tower may be down or having issues. If T-Mobile indicates that there is no issue where you live, take the phone into the T-Mobile store right away. It's still under warranty, so they can replace it if there is an issue with the radio antenna. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
