Question
QUESTION: I recently bought a CVDQ-M43 A66 Color Screen GSM/GPRS Digital Mobile Phone. When I turn it on the calibration wizard starts up and it says I have to calibrate the touch-screen and click anywhere on the screen with my stylus to start but nothing happens when I do.

ANSWER: If you use the stylus that came with the device and touch it anywhere on the screen, it will start to show you places to touch in the exact spot so that it can calibrate, i.e., understand where you are touching. Are you using the stylus tha came with the device? If you use your finger or something else, it won't allow you to calibrate. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN

QUESTION: I did use the stylus that came with the phone but it still does not work.

Answer
Oftentimes, you have to press down straight on, from the top down, versus the way you normally hold a pen. Have you tried a couple of different ways? I might also ask a friend to try it, just to see if they way they do it is different than you. If you have tried everything and it still doesn't work, then the device is either defective or broken. I'm hoping you can send it back and get your money back. Thanks. DebiN
