Question
Well I had this phone for over two years and now when people call me, they can hear me but I cant hear them. My Phone is the samsung alias, which to me is really old phone and I talk on the phone daily and I would like if you could give me advice on how to fix it, Thanks for your time!
After a period of time, the issue you are having is unfortunately very common with cell phones. You can take your phone to your carrier and see what the cost of repair would be, but if it were me and I had an issue like this with a phone that is over two years old, I would sign up for a new 2 year contract and get a brand new phone. It's well worth it and will save you money in the long run. Unfortunately, cell phones have a life span or roughly 2-3 years, so replacing and signining up for a new contract whenever you are eligible is well worth your while. You won't be able to fix this issue yourself, that I can assure you. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
