Question
Thank you
on the nokia E71 can you access wifi without purchasing an extra plan or paying any extra costs?

Answer
It depends on your carrier. Some carriers have things set up so that the WiFi requires a data plan because to get to it, you have to first access their data network. You can't use WiFi for voice on most carrier's networks, only data, but I would check with your carrier first. Who is your carrier?
