Question
Hi! i have a blackberry bold 2. this morning the internet and messenger quit working. I am still able to place calls and sms though. i have done battery pull, rebooted, registered  the host routing table.
3G is on.
WHAT DO I DOOO??? please help.

Answer
If you can't use the internet features, then there is likely an issue with your carrier's network, not with the phone. You don't need to do anything on the phone. Call your carrier and ask them if there is an issue with the BlackBerry servers and that is likely the problem. They will be able to assist you. I hope this helps. Thanks. DebiN
