Question
Friend gave me his old i90c, all works fine except phonebook. when i access phonebook, it has done of my contacts. All it shows is New entry and under that it has (No SIM phbk) with the icon of telephone (Main)as the only contact. I can use the phone all day without issue. But soon as I try to add a number to phonebook soon as I press done, it comes up with (check sim) on the sceen and I have to power cycle it to get it to work again. As long as I don't try to store contact it works fine. It wont let me delete the No Sim Phnbk contact. I've master reset with no luck. Any ideas?

Troy, we could have multiple reasons for your issue.  first of all, the i90c is a nextel phone.  so do you have nextel service?  if so, do you have a yellow sim in the phone?  I'm thinking that maybe the phone is unlocked and you are using it on another carrier which would stop the phonebook from being stored to the sim. If you have nextel and a yellow sim, then i believe you just need a new sim card.  give me these answers and we will go from there.
