Cellular Phones/lg vu 920 cell - problem powering up

Question
When I power up the lg vu 920 it pulls up the 3g networks screen for at& but never goes any further . Somestimes it powers back off. I have tried another battery but it doesn't do anything different. Any ideas troubleshooting I can try on this phone.
This doesn't sound like a battery issue ad is likely a phone issue. If you purchased this device from a place other than AT&T then it may be damaged. If from AT&T then take it to them for repair. I don't believe you can do this repair by yourself and nothing else to try to troubleshoot.
