Question
i got a metro phone and am out of town visiting family. Im in roaming mode and cant receive calls or call out . i have several voice mails and cant check them. so the question is how do i check my voice mail on a different phone such as a house phone?

Answer
You have to know the number to call to get into the voicemail system (which is not the same number for everyone). You may be able to see the number that your phone dials for vm. If you can't, then contact Metro, then ask them. You also need to know your password. They can assist you. Hope this helps. Thanks.
