Hello,
I setup my hotmail account on my blackberry bold 9700 and accessed my email thru it just fine. A while back I was on my laptop and I reset my hotmail password, and since then I can’t receive emails on my bb nor send emails. When I send an email I immediately get and error messages stating:" user account is in INVALID mode", what should I do? I went through the setup to find a way to delete the account but no luck. Even when I tried to set a new one up I couldn’t. Is there a way I can delete it from my bb and set it up again?

You don't have to delete the account, you just have to change the password for the account on the Blackberry so that it can recognize the new password. You can go into the BlackBerry web site to do this or through your device, it's just about the setup.
