Cellular Phones/Motorola Bluetooth H720

Question
My bluetooth will just disconnect for no reason.  Then sometimes it will reconnect.  It is fully charged.  Why does this keep happening.

Answer
Cheryl, Bluetooth technology connects those 2 devices without wires so either one could have a bad bluetooth connection.  Let's see if we can figure out which one it is.  First I would delete the h720 from the devices listed in your phone.  then put the headset in pairing mode and repair it with your phone.  if the disconnect keeps happening then we know for sure it's either the phone or the headset.  if you have someone that has another bluetooth headset see if they will let you pair it to your phone.  then see if your phone disconnects from that headset.  if it doesn't then you have a bad bluetooth headset and should get a new one under warranty if a warranty applies.  if not then you would need to purchase a new one.  if the friends headset disconnects as well, then the bluetooth in your phone is bad and you should get a new one under warrranty, if it applies.  if you cannot get another bluetooth to try then take your phone and bluetooth to your local wireless store for whatever company you have and get a technical person to assist you in figuring out which one is bad.  hope this helps.  good luck cheryl and let me know how it turns out.
