Question
Hi.  My husband purchased an LG VX8300.  They told him it would play music, mp3 music.  Well, after calling Verizon we figured out that it will only play .wma   but, we can't get the phone to play either types, and it will not even bring up a picture that I put on it from my computer.  I can take a picture with my cell phone and put it on my computer.  What are we doing wrong?  Thanks,

The pictures on your computer are not compatble with your phone. You would need a program that makes them compatible. For music, if you convert your mp3 files to wma files, they should play if you put them on your SD card  basically you need a compatible program with your Verizon phone.
