Question
every time i turn my phone one my screen will turn blue but no menu or anything will pop up do you know how to fix this?

Answer
sam, sounds like your screen is detached from the computer board inside the phone, thus not getting a full connection.  it is possible that the screen has gone bad as well.  Take your phone to your local store and find out if it's under warranty.  if it's not and you have insurance, then you can place a claim if you have dropped the phone or it has any physical damage.  otherwise you would need to purchase a new phone.  hope this helps.
