I have sprint and my phone is the Lotius Elite. I bought a USB cord for my computer but how to I add music from my computer to my phone once it is connected. My computer will charge my phone but it won't show up on my computer.
You need software loaded onto your computer that has the drivers for your cell phone that will allow your computer to view the phone as a peripheral, just like you would with a printer. There's no plug and play for a cell phone and most providers (including Sprint) don't allow third party software to work like this. Check with Sprint and ask them what you need to put music onto your phone. Remember too that not all music on your computer will be compatible with your phone. Hope this helps.
