Question
how do i reformat the sd card to motorola w490 accepted form? when i put the sd card in the phone it keeps saying "not formatted." i reformatted in a couple of ways using my computer and it still won't work.please help, thank you.

Answer
You don't have to format an SD card to use it in your phone. If you formatted it in the computer, it's now not compatible with your phone because it has been formatted for your computer. All you need to do is to buy a card that is no larger in size (i.e., doesn't exceed the Gigabytes that your phone will accept) and then put it into your phone and it will work. No formatting necessary.
