i have an lg envtouch by verizon. i was sent a picture mess when i tried to open it it says fail to play.its never happened before...i really want to get that pic...any suggestions?
You may need to clear some of your memory by deleting older pictures or other saved things and transfer them to a memory card. Also, after doing that, try pulling the battery out and then putting it back in and try again. Before you do this, however, the issue is more likely that the picture is not in a format that your EnV can read. Not everything that is sent to you is sent such that you can open it. Ask the sender to resend this to you on your phone and perhaps your home email address. It is likely in a format that your phone can't recognize.
