Cellular Phones/razor v3 to pc

Question
I purchased the usb cord that hooks from the razor v3 to the pc but still nothing?? Please help!

You also need software for your computer that has the drivers for your V3. If the V3 is through Verizon or Sprint, you won't be able to get this anywhere except the carrier. If it's with another carrier, you may be able to find some on line, but I would recommend checking into DataPilot and see if you can find the software that supports your exact phone and carrier and then once you load it, and plug in the cord, it will work properly.
