My samsung alias 2 I can hear other person but they cannot hear me

Answer
If the phone is more than a year or two old, then the internal speaker may have gone bad. If it is a new phone and still under warranty, you will want to take it back to your carrier to have it replaced. If it isn't under warranty, then you will want to take it one of your carrier's repair shops and have them replace it. If over 2 years old, then you may want to get a new phone. There likely will not be a way for you to fix this on your own. I hope this helps.
