Question
I daughter purchase a phone in Afghans and now she don't have time to refill it and she wanted me to look online and see if I can buy her some more minutes. How do I go by donig and where to I buy minutes from and if I do get the minutes how will she receives it.

Answer
Find out from her who her carrier is and then go to their site to purchase the minutes. There is likely an account (most likely her cell phone number) and a password associated and if you can log into her account, you can purchase more minutes and view how many minutes she has. The first step is finding out her carrier and her account information. Thanks.
