Question
Hello:

I need a solution to read deleted sms messages on a motorola i680 / sprint phone. I have tried a sim card reader with no luck. I do not have access to the account. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Answer
Once messages are deleted and new messages have come in that have replaced the space on the SIM card, they are gone for good. There is no way to retrieve them at all. If Sprint is holding the deleted messages for a period of time (not likely), then the account holder can read them on line, but other than that, there is no way. It isn't likely that they are even still available to the account holder. I always try to coach people to not use text for saving anything permanently. If you need to save a message permanently, it should be sent via email. If you receive via text, then forward the text via email to yourself to save it. That's the only way to guarantee that it won't be deleted. I hope this helps.
