Question
I am curious as to why all of a sudden (at least I think it is all of a sudden) my Pantech Duo no longer rings - at all.  No matter what ring tone I pick, it doesn't ring.  As a matter of fact, it makes no noise at all.  It doesnt ring for incoming calls.  It doesn't use the tones I have set for incoming/outgoing text messages; it doesn't even make the noises it used to when I turn it on or off.  My kids and my husband have been complaining that I don't EVER answer my phone, but I thought it was just because I coulnd't hear it from the bottom of my purse or bag.  I guess it may be because it doesn't make any noise - unless you count the 'vibrate' setting when you lay it on a flat surface!

Linda, sorry for the delay in my answering.  here's what i do immediately when a customer comes in with this problem.  dial 611, once the call is connected turn on speakerphone.  turn the volume up, if you still hear nothing then the speaker is busted and you will need a new phone.  i hope this helps and i'm sorry again for my delayed answer.
