ANSWER: The first things you need to tell me so that I can help you the best is do you live in the US and who is your choice for wireless carrier? The phone that you choose needs to be compatible with your carrier's network. Not all carriers are equal and your number 8 relates to an older generation of GSM and your number 15 isn't possible in the US. Here are some comments on your specs that may help you to start:
1. I think you may be referring to the network 2G and 3G. This doesn't stand for generation necessarily -it refers to network speed. All carriers work backwards compatible which means that their networks will work with older generations of phones. The carriers today are at 4G speeds and a phone that works on 3G will also allow for 2G if that carrier only has 2G in the area.
2. The older model phones had cameras that were about 1 or 2 megapixels. The newer phones are now typically in the 6-8 range.
3 and 4. I'm not aware of any phone that is really heavy today that and medium doesn't mean too much to me.
5. There are still flip phones available, but keep in mind that the options for regular cell phones versus smartphones is getting less and less. Most standard cell phones are flip these days.
6. You won't be able to find a regular phone that has a touchscreen and a keyboard. There are several smartphones however that do.
7. Only with Sprint typically will you be able to find a phone with GPS that isn't a smartphone and I'm not sure that there are still those around.
8. GPRS refers to the 2G GSM network and shouldn't be relevant in your options since it just refers to a slower data speed.
9. Some phones allow for external memory cards.
10. All cell phones today allow for access to the internet. Keep in mind that you have to pay for the feature.
11. Very few cell phones that are not smartphones, if any, have WiFi. I actually don't believe there are any. WLAN doesn't mean anything in the cell phone world. If you are referring to MiFi, that's not an option with a cell phone that isn't a smartphone.
12. I'm not aware of any cell phones today that have the ability to play the radio. There are smartphone that have radio apps today.
13. Some older cell phones that are Nokia or Sony Ericsson would have an MP3 player.
14. I would say all cell phones built in the last few years have bluetooth headset capabilities.
15. If you are looking for GSM, the phone will work using a SIM card from your carrier. However, there are no US carriers that work with two SIM cards, i.e., you will not be able to simultaneously have two phone numbers or work with two GSM carriers.
I hope this helps and please feel free to write back to provide me with additional info to assist you further. Thanks.

AnswerI don't really have any recommendations to be honest because in the US, the first requirement is the carrier and I also recommend a phone that the carrier's sell because of the warranty, etc. I'm not a big fan of the odd ball phones. Both Sony and Nokia make excellent phones and are very popular. The Nokia is going to be better as it relates to the camera and the Sony better as it relates to music but both the phones you mentioned are very good, though they don't have every spec you are looking for. Both are also pretty old phones, having been out for awhile. I can't really recommend one over the other and I would say that perhaps I would narrow down my list to what I want more and the pick the phone that has most of the criteria. I would also factor in price and age of the device. I hope this helps and my apologies for not being able to give you a recommendation per your request.
