Cellular Phones/Samsung Comeback

Question
Right after my got the phone it had a vertical blue line down the middle of the screen. Eventually I got her a new phone but when mine was stolen I used her comeback. It worked ok for a few weeks but now it has the blue line again and when you turn it on it has a sim card symbol then when it is fully turned on it shows a blue auto time/date update screen. Then that goes away but you can't access anything. Then a few seconds later it shuts off and powers back on repeatedly. I received a replacement phone ( a very bad phone) from T-mobile but they want the comeback back or they will charge me $450 but I want to try to get some pictures off first if I can get it going for even 10 minutes

Answer
What I would suggest is to take the Comeback to T-Mobile and ask them if they can help you get the pictures off of the phone. As long as it turns on, they can likely use software to do this that they have at the store. I wouldn't try to do this myself. I definitely would take it in as soon as possible so that you don't get charged for the warranty replacement. The phone you have is definitely damaged. I hope this helps.
