Question
after i complete a phone call with my android lg optimus 5, the screen goes black and it won't wake up.  I then have to remove the battery, put it back in, and power it on.  Once it's on it is perfectley fine.

How do I fix this problem?

Answer
There's something that you have downloaded that is interfering with the way that calls end. It could be an application that you downloaded or perhaps there is just a bug in the firmware for Android on this device. I would strongly recommend that you take the phone into a repair center for your wireless carrier and tell them about the issue. They will either be familar with it and have a download fix or provide you with a new device if yours is still under warranty and they don't have a fix. Worst case, they can reload the firmware which should resolve the problem. Be sure to back up all of your pictures, music, applications before you take the phone in and if possible, save pictures and music to your micro SD card instead of to the phone. Hope this helps.
