Hi
I have a blackberry given by my office with BIS and BES. The corporate email is synchronized on the devise, and i also installed my personal yahoo email. Since the office administrator has an access to all emails on the outlook can he view also my personal mails on the blackberry also?
No. He cannot view your personal email. It doesn't go through the BES server. No worries. If the company owns the BlackBerry however, they can ask to view what is on the device and if you have personal stuff on there, it's their right to confiscate it or ask you to uninstall your personal. I would check your company's policies about personal email on a BlackBerry and if they are okay with it or don't have a policy, you are fine. Otherwise, remember that the device does belong to them, not to you, so be cautious of what you use the device for.
