Cellular Phones/e-mail access from my sprint phone

Question
The company I work for gave me a sprint phone which I'm allowed to also use as my personal phone.  I set up a couple of e-mail accounts for access on my phone.  Can they (my employer) access my e-mail accounts since I have them set up on my phone?

Thanks

Answer
Your employer can't access your personal accounts even if they are on a work device. You don't have to worry about that. If your employer has a policy that states no personal emails, they can block your ability to do this. If they haven't (which most don't), then I wouldn't worry. But they can't read your emails unless they get a hold of your device physically.
