Question
my sister has a samsung instinct through sprint and i have an android lg apex through uscellular, she gets my texts but i don't get hers.My mom also has sprint and we're able to text back and forth.Ive asked our tech team for help, they adviced me to remove my signature from my texts, i did and still not able to receive...hope you can help

It's likely not about your signature block. Did your sister recently change carriers? I would recommend that you delete your sister from your contacts. Then have her send you a text message. If you get it, then add her back in. If she recently changed from US Cellular to Sprint or from another carrier to Sprint, that may be the issue, i.e., the databases for the carriers hasn't been updated. This should work.
