Question
I have coverage with bluegrass cellular and I have deleted a message and it is important to retrieve it.  How can this be done?

Answer
When you delete a voice mail message, it is typically gone unless your carrier provides voice mail recovery for a period of time (typically 1-7 days). Go into the menu of your voice mail and see if you have an option to undelete your messages. If you can't find it, call Bluegrass's customer service and ask them if they can assist. They will be able to tell you definitively if and for how long you can do this.
