Question
Dropped it on kitchen floor but just put it all back together again including sim card.
Now when i try & dial out it says 'emergency calls only'!
When I call it, goes straight to my voicemail without ringing..
To the right of the time display it says 'offline' and there's a cross = 'X' in top left corner of screen.
Help please!
Either the phone is irrepairably damaged or the SIM card is not in quite right. The emergency calls only and X means that the SIM card is not being read and that could be because something is either damaged or not put back together correctly. Or somehow the SIM was damaged. It's more than likely the phoen. Take it to your carrier and have them take a quick look at it. They will be able to help you. Thanks.
