Question
I need to view deleted messege from a Samsung gem. Our phones are thru Verizon. Is it possible & how?

Answer
Typically, deleted messages are fully deleted at the time you delete them. Some phones have an undelete, but most do not. If you are able to view text messages on line with Verizon, they may hold deleted messages for a period of time, but after a certain period, those will also be deleted. Only the records of text messages are saved, not the content, by the carriers, so contact Verizon to see if there is a way to view your messages on line and whether you will be able to restore deleted messages for a period of time. It is probably unlikely, but worth a quick phone call. Hope this helps.
