Question
i have a htc dash through t mobile. i forgot what my password is and i need to use the phone but i cant. i called customer service and they couldnt unlock it. is there anyway i can unlock the device since i forgot the password>

If T-Mobile service couldn't unlock the device, then I'm not aware of anyone that can. I would recommend calling T-Mobile customer service back and ask them how you can reset the phone again so that you can use it and the password can be changed. You may also want to try before that, typing in the password incorrectly 10 times. On the 11th try, it may ask you to reset it. BlackBerry works like that and it is possible that this will also work with your HTC. I hope this helps.
