Question
Well first you can tell I hate my phone only because it annoys me. I have a new USB cable for my Samsung Moment and it is working fine except that when I connect it to the computer it wont give me a chance to mount my phone to the computer. It starts to charge but thats it. It wont let me mount it. So what I need help with is that I need to find out how to make it mount to the computer?

Unless you have software loaded onto your PC that will allow you to communicate with your phone, the best you are going to be able to do is charge it. I'm not certain what you mean by "mount" your phone, but if you are referring to backing it up or taking off pictures or perhaps tethering it, you won't be able to do any of these without software designed to work with your phone and carrier. As far as tethering goes, you also need a tethering plan to do this. I hope this helps.
