Cellular Phones/Phased Out?

Question
Currently I own the Audiovox Flasher V7 CDM-8910 phone. My present wireless carrier is Virgin Mobile. Because it's only analog roaming capable, I was wondering if you could please tell me if the problems I've been having with it only recently is because it is being 'phased out'.

I live in a major metropolitan area, so I figure it is only a matter of time to make way for digital networks. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Yes, the problems you are having are directly related to the network being phased out. In order for you to receive good service, I would strongly recommend that you purchase a new phone. Then you wont' have to worry about these issues and should be set for several years to come. The networks today are all digital and have been for awhile. They are all now moving to 4G techology (or their "version" of 4G). Hope this helps.
