Question
I am wanting to get a new phone.  I have an older blackberry and I hate it.  I have US Cellular and I travel a lot and would like one that has good coverage but can't find a US Cellular one that I like.  I am looking at the motorola droid x and it is a verizon phone but says it is unlocked. My question is will this unlocked phone work with US Cellular and is it a good phone?

Thanks
Billie Jo

Answer
A Verizon unlocked phone will not work on the US Cellular netowrk. YOu would need to have the phone flashed to US Cellular and it will only work properly if US Cellular sells this exact model of phone, otherwise, it will only partially work. I would strongly recommend that if you want to stay with US Cellular, that you only buy a phone from them. I hope this helps.
