Question
Hi my name is taylor and my cell phone is a nokia nuron from t-mobile. For the past month or so, my phone would warn me that my memory is low. So low that it would not let me send texts to anyone. I tried deleting some of my apps and pictures; it would work, but only for a short period of time. I need some help to get me out of this situation. I want to be able to text without problems.
You may want to consider getting software for your computer that will allow you to connect the phone and download saved text messages, pictures, etc. onto your computer so that you can fully erase what's on the phone. Try turning off the phone completely (remove the battery) and see if you still have the problem also. It's likely that there are open apps that are using memory that is causing the problem. There's a difference between memory and space. If something can't open, then memory is being used. If something can't be saved, it's about space. To remedy this, if you download all pictures, texts, etc. to your computer, then erase it all of the phone, you should be okay. Also, the phone will only hold a certain number of texts at any given time. I hope this helps.
