Question
I bought a W385, I can text but I cannot receive or make outgoing calls...any ideas ?

Answer
If you bought a phone from someone other than your carrier, it won't work unless it is unlocked. Your SIM card has to have a voice plan and if it does, it should work for calls unless the phone you purchased doesn't work on the correct bands or is potentially used or damaged.  Hope this helps.
