Cellular Phones/Motorola V220

Question
Hi, I own the Motorola V220 cell phone, and recently I had my service shut off with no plans to get service back to my phone. I have a lot of vacation pictures stored on my phone, but without having service, I know of no way to send these pictures to my computer. If I were to get a mini usb cable like I've read about, would that work to transfer the pictures, and how do I do it? I really need some help here. If you know anything I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Answer
Marissa, I am 100% sure that the USB cable that is available for the V220 will allow you to transfer pictures from the handset to your PC. The cable should come with a CD that will have software on it to enable you to veiw all user files on the phone, this includes pictures. Hope this helps, Adam.

I am really keen to help people get the most out of the functions that are available on the most up to date cell phones. If you are looking for a new phone and know what kind of functions you would like, I am more than happy to point you in the right direction with regards to which phones will fore fill your criteria.

Experience

I use and research a number of different phones on a monthly basis, categorising each one along with weighing up the pros and cons associated with each handset.
