I am a freelance writer seeking the history of the "chile ristra" for an article that will be used for teaching purposes.
Can you point me the direction of resources to find this answer? Or do you know yourself and can you tell me how I can verify your answer?

I have never heard of "chile ristra", it may be a type of chile which there are dozens of varieties. It may be some local dish for a particullar Latin country/region/etc. Anyway, this question really is not about Central American History, it is about food/local customs/regional food/etc. Thanks for using AllExperts.com.
