Question
QUESTION: How long would I leave the objects in the kiln after I glaze them?

ANSWER: Hi Flor, do not open the kiln untill it has cooled down to 150degC.
You can take the pots out as soon as they are cool enough to handle with bare hands.

QUESTION: never have I go to a small studio here but all I do is paint they do the glazing
and firing but I want to learn the process

Answer
Flor, it,s a learning process that is not suitable to email. You need to go to someone with a kiln and learn there.

There are different firings and processes for different clay bodies and glazes. Electric kilns are different to gas kilns, oxidation and reduction processes.

There is a potter in Spain who has over 300 videos on you tube, one of the latest is firing his gas kiln.
