QUESTION: Could you assist me with the identification of this bowl.  It has an eagle embossed or engraved on the base.  The bowl measures 8" long X  5 3/4" wide, it's in excellent condition, no chips or cracks. I have searched the internet and cannot find a makers mark like this one.

Dear Sharon,
There is a mark for an austrian pottery, Bawo & Dotter that bears an eagle, but it is flying the opposite direction of yours. Here is an excellent site with hundreds of marks. Hopefully, one of these resources can help you identify your eagle! Leisha
