Ceramics/Transfer photo image to bisque

Question
How do you transfer a photo image to bisque so you can fire it.  I know sublimation is used but is not very durable for exterior use,in freeze thaw conditions.  I kneed something more durable.  Thanks for your help.

I finally found it! It was in Pottery Illustrated, Sept/Oct,. 2006
