Ceramics/self baking glaze for glass

Question
Hello!
I have a perfume company in which I hand gild my bottles. I have been using
Pebeo's Vitreo 160 glazing medium that you bake at 325 for 40 minutes, Its
worked like a charm, but recently they have changed the formula, and it is
not working at all-even water makes the glaze all sticky. I am wondering if
you know of any other product that I can use to protect my bottles from the
very strong essential oils  and other substances like alcohol and water.
I thank you in advance for your advice!
All the best
Alexis

Answer
Alexis,
This is somewhat outside my expertise, but I would contact the company that's made your glazing medium. Are you sure they changed the formula? Maybe you got a bad batch. Often, companies want their customers happy & will work with you. Leisha
