I have used the africana paint also.  I have looked for AO-21 Antique Tusk Base Opaque stain and can't fine it.  The Africana is unique because you use the water base first and then use the Africana oil base to soften or blend for the most eye catching finish look.  Let me know if you have any ideas where I can find this paint.  I fine it hard to believe that they went out of business when they had such a wonderful product.
